1. Back Squat
    1. 85% x 3 x 10
  2. Jump Squats with Bar
    1. 4 x 6 (Jump as high as possible)
  3. Ring Rows (feet on Box facing up, pull rings to sternum, controlled movement)
    1. 3 x 8 (add weighted vest if too easy)
