Aerobic Conditioning Program

30 minutes easy effort:

  1. 2k Row
  2. 1600 Meter run
  3. 2.5k Row

Followed by:

  1. Six sled sprints for 10 seconds, rest 90 seconds in between sprints
  2. Two sled sprints for 20 seconds, rest 2 minutes in between sprints
